The store is closed. “Appointments only”!!!!! And they don’t say anything in google so that one doesn’t do the drive for nothing. I called to “make an appointment”, nobody answers.
Led to believe that it didn't matter that the matt on top of subfloor remain before lying flooring. Outcome is the floor is uneven and and you sinking when walking upon it. DO NOT HAVE THEM DO YOUR WORK.
T&C installed a new section of top nailed oak in our dining room the was PERFECTLY matched to the existing hardwood. You cannot tell the difference. Excellent quality. Not to mention, they knocked out laminate install of a second room in a half a day. We love the end results. Reasonably priced and has tons of know-how.
Cannot use their service since they will only install carpeting purchased through their company.
