The store is closed. “Appointments only”!!!!! And they don’t say anything in google so that one doesn’t do the drive for nothing. I called to “make an appointment”, nobody answers.
Led to believe that it didn't matter that the matt on top of subfloor remain before lying flooring. Outcome is the floor is uneven and and you sinking when walking upon it. DO NOT HAVE THEM DO YOUR WORK.
