We worked with Jeff at the store and he was very kind and patient while we picked out flooring for our entire house. He stayed in contact with me and gave me updates and ideas. We are very happy with our flooring choices and the service that Jeff gave us, he really cares. Everything was a good price and quick delivery. The installer he set us up with Brian was wonderful and really paid attention to detail. Great experience!
Not helpful at all, wouldn’t even listen!
Brewer Carpet is the best! Your sales rep Jay Hoey is one of the friendliest and most helpful individuals I have ever met.
A mistake was made, and it was fixed quickly with no problems. Awesome customer service. And the management, John was very helpful and quick to fix what was wrong. We've bought carpet from them twice now and we will continue to use them!
