The fact that you had to buy tile from them in order for them to come and work rather than using the tile you already purchased not to mention the owner doesn't really come out to asses the work area he sends two guys one of which has no respect for your house or the work environment. The other thing I didn't care for was that we had new carpet and I laid cardboard down for a walk way and they still walked all over the carpet not to mention they tore down my plastic I had around the work area to minimize th... read more
