My husband and I recently purchased our 1st home and had many different types of flooring inside from the 80's that needed to be removed and replaced with LVP and carpet. Our builder sent us here to pick out our floors; wood and carpet. We had them both installed and the wood was fine. Still is. The carpet started to bubble not long after installation so The Floor Store sent someone out to stretch it. A few months later there were bubbles again so we called them again and he sent someone out again. The next year I called the builder again and told him and he contacted the Floor Store and someone was sent again.
