I have never been treated so poorly by management of a company. I worked for a builder and believed Pro Source was a great company but they fail to handle situations properly and timely. We used them for purchasing materials for a bathroom renovation. We had an issue and needed to return an item, and while the sales staff was helpful (Ashlee and Ann) the manager Andrew lacks integrity. RecommendedThis company, especially Susan Rillera, has been great to work with. We are replacing our kitchen floor with porcelain tile but we were not sure whether to use LVT or ceramic when we went in. Susan listened to our needs and color scheme and was wonderful in helping us choose the right tile to achieve the look we wanted. Definitely recommend this company!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! There poor business practices and their internal chaos will delay, if not cancel your project. I paid for carpet and was told it would be in the following day. When he installer showed up to pick up the carpet, he waited for almost 2 hours before being told that the carpet was not available in the quantity that I paid for.
