Gabriella T at the Floor Store was absolutely wonderful to work with for our floor replacement from Vinyl-SPC flooring to laminated wood. From the moment we step in the store, she listened and understood our needs with our project. All the pricing, material leadtime were explained clearly. We had horrible experience with this place. We picked this place because our builder (THB) recommended this place for flooring. Poor customer service: they gave us a run around on our order's delivery dates; then the flooring and stair pieces did not come as the same color. When they came, they were not in the good condition. All this has delayed our renovation project by 2 weeks, then 4 weeks then 6 weeks. We had to go to Lowe's and looked for the same color that we needed. They delivered it within 4 days.
