Customer service. They replaced a piece of vinyl floor for my screen porch that had a tare from my patio chair. When I got the new piece of vinyl home it wasn't cut to what I ordered. We requested he send someone over to trim the 3" off. he refused and told me to cut it myself. I told him I would return the floor and requested a refund. He told me he wouldn't do that either.
