We remodeled our kitchen this year and needed new flooring. We wanted to buy local so we got bids from Aaron at The Floor Source and 2 others. Aaron's bid was competitive, but what sold us was his flooring knowledge. He listened to what we wanted and made sure that it would work in our house. Very pleased with our experience from start to finish. Sales Person (Olivia) was attentive, knowledgeable, and followed up quickly. Installation was scheduled quickly; installers (Carlos & Crew) were polite, professional, and efficient. Good experience. My husband is a former contractor and was very impressed with the quality and attention to detail of the installation. We are overall very pleased.
Aaron and Olivia are wonderful help when it comes to picking out the carpet that works for you. Their team of men showed up on time and cleaned after themselves. Except for the new carpet, you would never know they were here! We thought their prices were quite nice also! We will use them again when we go to redo the downstairs!
