Floor Pavilion was the rotten egg in a great team of folks who were cobbled together for our kitchen renovation. Bad communication, lies, and poor craftsmanship - to name a few - this unfortunately was our experience. Would NOT recommend..if I could give zero stars I would - I wish I could of had the experience of others in this thread. The best service, products and people. They are great with design of tile and stone.
I purchased carpet for high traffic stair and hallway I told them what I wanted and needed and they came up with the perfect carpet. After one year, my carpet looks as good as the day they installed it. Not to mention, I walked in there 5 minutes to closing. Great attentive service.

From the time I made the phone call that our home had water damage, they have been nothing but professional and reliable. Courteous and respectful, on time and on point. Great service teams and an exceptional showroom. I was so impressed and stress free with their help. You won't go wrong with this company. Top notch.
Floor Pavillion They did the hardwood floors and carpet in my office. They had a great selection, helpful staff. Competitive prices but had to negotiate the final cost based on other quotes. They were very accomodating
