WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER! I bought 2 batches of the same tiles from this store and they send me 2 different sizes and color! What's even worse is that they refused to exchange or return them. They charged me ~$6 where the retail price they got from MSI is just $3.2. I ended up spend much more by having my contractors trim the size for me. They only care about their profit but not their customers.

Eli is wonderful, has great taste, and is so fun to get to know! The Floor Gallery offers a wide selection of hardwood, laminate, tile, and carpet flooring. High quality selection at great, reasonable prices! The store also sells a range of Tempurpedic, Sterns & Foster, etc. mattresses. Customer service is friendly, personable, and attentive.
Ok, I love this place, and especially Eli, who I can't thank enough. There's a bit of a story here. My wife is expecting our first child, and I wanted the job done in a week. I initially hired another contractor for my bathroom remodel and with whom I spent a couple of weeks planning the project. This guy (goes by the name Roberto Totti or Roberto Rivera Cruz) did the demo on the 1st day, applied some anti-termite spray (with a really strong odor) and told me the next day he can't do the job, leaving me shocked. I would strongly recommend "The floor Gallery" (previously "Payless Carpets").It was a pleasure to work with the store owner Eli who takes great trouble to ensure the work is done to the customer's satisfaction and meet their individual needs. Make sure you work with her when you get your floors done. Also the rates at this store are very reasonable and they have a wide choice in hardwood, laminate, tile and carpet.
