My experience with the floating hospital dental hasn’t been good. Every time I make an appointment I get a called being told that the office will be closed and I have to reschedule. I am very disappointed because I was expecting quality services. So far all I’ve experienced was poor quality dental care. I think the office billed my insurance company for services I didn’t even receive which is heartbreaking that the dental office could be trying to commit insurance fraud. Dental here leaves much to be desired. They aren’t thorough and they always refer out to other crappy providers with children. Then twice, the wait for appointments are already very long and then they wanted to reschedule me twice due to the “provider not being in on that day” then why would you schedule me for that day😒 Also, I changed my dentist recently and had a great experience, then they said a cavity these guys did was crooked and lopsided and caused another cavity next to another tooth, saying they have to redo that... read more
I love how they welcome you right away when you walk through the door. I love how sometimes when I have an appointment exactly at a certain time, I sit and can just wait for 14 minutes. I love how they have a play area for our children so they can be occupied while we are in our appointments. I love how the areas are cleaned, and I love how they serve you food and then do trivia with us as well.
