I traveled to Dallas, to meet Dr Johnson. I had a SUCCESSFUL experience. My floaters were mostly from posterior vitreous detachments, 5 years ago. My local ophthalmologists made no mention of laser vitreolysis as an option. Initially, my floaters were dark/gray. After 5 years, my floaters were mostly gray/light. I’m a 59y/o patient of Dr. Johnson that had a PVD about a year ago. I had a mid-sized cloudy floater in my left eye that kept moving into my visual focus and an overall larger sheet like film that lowered my contrast by about 50%.
