I was nervous about trying it, but I had been encouraged by a friend to help with self care and stress. Being a nurse and on my feet all day, I really needed a good "me day" and this was it! I brought a friend with me and she loved it too! Megan is a great therapist, and the float afterwards was perfect! I will definitely be going back! This is something you have to experience to understand the benefits on mind, body and soul. Beginning with Vera, the best massage therapist I have ever had who was truly interested in everything that needed therapy (numbness in one arm, knee issue, nerve issue in neck, etc), this was absolutely amazing. Vera knew exactly how to work on my problem areas with a combination of heat and really great massage techniques and knew where to put a little pressure or a lot. Then off to the float room. You guys are my new favorite! The rooms are functional and beautiful. The pods were different from local competitors, but I prefer yours. Options for light and sound, mixed perfectly allowing for deep relaxation. I will see you again soon!
This was so much better than I expected. I wasn’t sure if I would enjoy it or being able to shut off? But it was such a great experience. The facilities are lovely. They are so helpful in explaining how it works, and I felt completely comfortable. Worth a visit!
