Just like an amazingly deep meditation, floating offers you the opportunity for a complete reset. It also helps those new to meditation and yoga. Most people, even those who meditate often, find it difficult at times to get as deep as a float can. So, in addition to serving as a great launching point for beginners, it can be very beneficial for those more experienced in the realm of self-work. The Float Place offers very clean, state-of-the-art flotation/isolation rooms that provide a wonderfully relaxing and freeing experience. I recommend them highly!
It was AMAZING!! I thought I may be a little anxious or claustrophobic. Quite the contrary!! My head is clear, my back pain has eased, I feel like a million bucks!
