Floating gives your body and mind a time-out from the stresses of daily life. Our float chambers drastically reduce outside stimulation - gravity, temperature, touch, sound. The Epsom salt in the chamber (around 1000 pounds) allows your body to float effortlessly, taking pressure off of muscles, bones and joints. After a while the boundaries between you and the water seem to dissolve. With no body to attend to, the mind is free to explore and expand and unparalleled relaxation and healing are possible.

What an awesome experience! I couldn't believe 60 minutes went by so quickly. I felt relaxed AND energized at the same time when it was over. How does that happen, lol? I'd highly recommend trying this.
This was my third float and by far my best... it was so very relaxing and healing on such a deep level. Two days later I am still feeling the positive effects. I have truly never experienced anything like it.

I went in for my first float, in the pod. I was a bit nervous, but once I got in and floated for a bit, I felt great. I used the small head test to prop my head up a little bit more. It helped take a lot of stress out of my body. I felt relaxed and have slept great the last two nights (which never happens). The only thing that I would have liked is for the water to stay a little warmer, I get cold really easily and toward the end my body kept flinching with the chills. Overall, it was a great experience and I'll be back.
This was my first Floating Experience I loved it. I will say it may take a little getting used to to be in the closed pod. but you can open it up if you feel a little closed in. I did, but after I just really relaxed it was much better. The facility is clean and very welcoming. Stephanie was very nice and explained everything. I hope to go back again. I also love the Amber salt globe I bought! :-)
I had my first float 2 days ago and I'm going back again today! I wasn't sure what to expect exactly, but Stephanie immediately put me at ease with a short video and a tour with an explanation and tutorial of the room, equipment, and after float care. Had my first float today... It was actually 2 in a row because I JUST got into it at the end of the first session and there was no one booked next so I asked if I could pay for another session. She even let me stay in until right before the next booked session... I think she could tell I needed it �.
