Travis changed the way I think about both food and exercise. I thought I had to fat-free foods and run 5 miles every day to achieve my fitness goals when, in fact, neither of those things were getting me the results I wanted. Travis is great. I’ve had knagging knee issues and he has been able to identify the potential problem and has worked with me to increase flexibility and mobility. Highly recommend

I've worked with Travis for a few months now. As a former collegiate soccer player with numerous injuries plaguing me into my civilian days, I have to be very picky about exercises. Just the idea of throwing heavy weights around or doing a "Beach Body" whatever terrified me because of the countless ways I could destroy my nice, new shoulder or permanently damage the hip that just started being able to run again. Travis, aka the Flexin Texan, is a great trainer! I approached him about two and a half years ago based on friends' recommendations, and explained him that I wanted to be and look stronger. Since then, I have made progress in every way towards being not only stronger, but also more flexible and healthier. He changed the way I eat and think about nutrition.
