I had one of the WORST experiences with a lady named Pamela here! She was rude over the phone and her response to me when I asked her if she was aware of my situation, was “Well no, I don’t answer the phones.” Okay Pamela, you may not answer the phones but you sure aren’t helpful or polite either.
