I rented from these racists for 4 years. I do NOT recommend renting from Ke[[y or ☆ubrey. They don't upgrade any appliances. They take forever to fix things. Then they overcharge you. They also raise rent every year and never upgrade anything. Greedy and racist.
Tenant beware. I attempted a rental with this company while navigating a bankruptcy. They made it sound like the process was straightforward, but they ultimately withheld important information in pursuit of a tenant. This process has lacked clarity and communication regarding fees. I'd recommend being more forthright about the move-in and pet fees. Not directly communicating $900 in non-refundable fees is very shady. No reputable property management team charges $900 in nonrefundable fees to move in. Absolutely ridiculous and shady.
Kelli and Ron with Fleetham group are really good scammers and you will not receive your deposit back even when you maintain the home very well, they will make up things that are not in the contract (like you are supposed to paint the whole three level townhome top to bottom in exact colors that they’re painted, and patching up holes and matching colors is not good enough) just to scam you out of the deposit.
