They passed having only a few bars in Round Rock then shut down all their food service. This is not what we needed - another total alcohol bar. Round Rock City Council with Michelle Ly (owner of this bar/used to be restaurant) should try to think further. This has no been beneficial.
Every single time I come to the new location of the flats the bar tenders are understaffed and it seems like they only serve a select few. We can literally stand near the bar without anyone noticing us. We usually end up leaving. If you get their attention they will tell you to wait and you will then stand there for another 20 minutes. Today is a Saturday. Downtown is busy. One bar tender for a full bar is crazy work.
