Our waitress was awesome, food came out fast and hot it was really good.
A group of about 20 of us had a reservation at the Flats earlier this week. The food and drinks were good. The service was so disappointing. We were a mix of support workers and clients from all over western Canada. All of us felt like we were inconveniencing our server. No offers of refills, no patience with those who took a few extra seconds to speak, no pop ins... bare minimum.
We had so much fun with our waiter Ken He was so great. You can tell that he loves his job. Thanks so much Ken. 5 stars from us
Great night out with the family. Ken was an outstanding server ♥️
