Really disappointed in my experience so far. I've had to request maintenance several times for the same issues. Toilet in the primary bathroom still leaks so I just don't use it. I was assigned two different parking spots that were already reserved by other tenants. A package of mine was stolen out of the locked overflow/bulk mailroom. Front office said they reviewed the video footage but saw nothing. It was a rolled up rug in a clear plastic bag but yet they saw nothing. The flats is a wonderful place to live! The community is beautiful, safe, and so well maintained! The staff is welcoming and helpful!
