My first apartment search experience was smooth Sacha was very helpful and always prompt with the process made my move very easy.
I just wanted to say a huge shout out to Sacha the property manager!! We moved in over the last week and my moving conditions were more than stressful, Sacha went out of her way to make sure everything went smoothly and was extremely accommodating throughout the entire process. Our new place is so cute, the property is quiet, well kept and seriously feels like home. My daughter expressed that she feels this is where we’re meant to be. Thank you Sacha for making this stressful transition feel easy and right.
I've lived here almost 3 years now and never had any issues. Everyone is always so sweet to us. Huge shout out to sacha for being the best always! They always help us out when needed and work with us with everything! I have no complaints with this apartment! Yall are awesome
I lived at the flats at sky village for two years I’ve never had any issues I enjoyed the neighbors and also management Sacha was amazing every time I needed anything she was on top of it !! I really enjoyed the holidays there they would bring all the neighbors together and have parties bring food, games and prizes. That’s not something you get at all apartment buildings. I give this place 5 stars and also recommend these apartments!
RPM/Ruffner properties/The Flats & Estes St received over $100,000 in rent from us in 7 yrs, while their hazardous, toxic unit left us w/permanent scars. Maybe they'll blame me for paying rent & for living there, again. It took yrs to heal. But, ptsd takes time. Mr. Ruffner &/or staff have guilted, shamed, & lied as toxic mold(Aspergillus) in their unit ate at us, causing chronic health issues to myself & my 3 boys.
