Place is trash 🗑️ management has a habit of retaliation if you call code compliance and straight up lie they don't do repairs correctly they dug a 11ft hole under my bathtub threw dirt in hole but didn't replace foundation there's always something leaking so roaches rats and mosquitoes all always here
All units have bed bugs and roaches I would not move my family here there's always loud parties at all hours pool never closes I've had the chance to work here and honestly I would not come back to this place it's horrible there's
Needs repairs, needs to be inspected by the city. If someone plays rent you have to have management to keep the upkeep. Sidewalks are patchy, uneven, needs to be cleaner and swept. Parking is terriable! But ..... There's a nice walking trail near by!
