Clayton is the man !! Taking time out of his always busy schedule to help solve my electronics puzzle. I am one happy camper.
Wonderful staff & a peaceful location but the unnecessary costs tacked onto rent is mad corny. The roaches were also a problem but I have managed to form a peace treaty with them to split rent between myself and all 40 roaches that are in my apartment. As long as I leave my leftovers by the door the cost of rent is manageable. The Flats is in fact, an apartment complex.
Enjoyable place to live with a nice staff
Getting approved and getting me in the apartment was a quick and easy process I was in an apartment within two days apartment is clean and spacious with an open floor plan couldn’t be more happy with my choice thank you to the staff for the help and getting me and my family in an apartment with no problems highly recommend
Nice helpful people. Always good with maintenance requests, answering questions. Community activities were nice as well. Overall great experience with them.
