I'm currently into my second year at my apartment and I couldn't be happier. Location is fabulous close to shopping and highway. Management & Maintenance are kind and helpful.I also have wonderful neighbor.
This complex has made move-in incredibly easy with Clayton and Nora working the front office, along with Jerry helping and answering all questions in regards to maintenance. A great team that will give any future residents the best experience possible!
Let me just start by saying this. Nora comes off as extremely accommodating and understanding and is extremely welcoming but there is so sense of urgency to accomplish any request. Briefly moving in (and out less than a month) into a roach infested unit, and an extremely obnoxious neighbor (who from what i’ve learned from other neighbors he had problems with prior residents) . I don’t care what these other reviews say, Nora in the office is the most helpful and easy to work with leasing manager I have ever had the pleasure to work with! My partner and I just resigned our lease after our first year at The Flats and that is due in large part to the excellent customer service we have gotten from Nora since the first time we spoke to her over a year ago.
