After eight years we are saying goodbye to The Flats. We will miss Nora, Joseph, and many neighbors we have gotten to know over the years. The office staff works hard and are responsive to the needs of the tenants. Whatever maintenance issues we had over the years were taken care of. We enjoyed the get togethers the office would arrange so tenants can get to know each other. Thanks for the memories!
Absolutely do not recommend this place! There's mold everywhere. My husband, myself, and my 3 month old baby all got sick from it. No one there seems to really care about anything and there's zero communication in the office. We finally moved out and have been waiting on a check in mail for a month and a half for a thousand dollars because the automated system took out money that we didn't have to pay. Definitely not worth the headache.
This place is disgusting. mold everywhere, roaches, more mold, and a little bit more mold. do not recommend.
