We’ve had a horrible experience so far while living here. We have visible mold growth in our apartment. Me and my roommate have been feeling sick due to the mold spores, yet the leasing office is choosing not to believe us. Their “treatment” was simply spray painting over the mold, and they said it was all fixed just for us to find more mold spots that they forgot to paint over. Living here has been one of the most stressful and honestly unsafe experiences I’ve ever had. The management is completely unprofessional, dismissive, and seems more interested in covering up problems than actually fixing them. We reported serious issues—INCLUDING BLACK MOLD—and instead of taking it seriously, they entered our apartment without proper notice and attempted to hide the damage rather than address it. This place is absolutely unacceptable. My sister and her roommate were exposed to black mold in their apartment and ended up getting really sick because of it. Instead of taking it seriously and fixing the issue, management brushed it off and did nothing to help. It’s scary knowing they’re willing to ignore something that dangerous. No one should have to worry about their health just from living in their own home. I would never recommend this complex to anyone.

I'm currently into my second year at my apartment and I couldn't be happier. Location is fabulous close to shopping and highway. Management & Maintenance are kind and helpful.I also have wonderful neighbor.
