Nora and the new Property manager Monica are great people such a great team together the apartment im in is great this place isn't perfect but I've been here 9 years so I believe there is room for improvement such as parking and of course some of the tenants don't care to keep the place clean but overall a decent place to live

After eight years we are saying goodbye to The Flats. We will miss Nora, Joseph, and many neighbors we have gotten to know over the years. The office staff works hard and are responsive to the needs of the tenants. Whatever maintenance issues we had over the years were taken care of. We enjoyed the get togethers the office would arrange so tenants can get to know each other. Thanks for the memories!
