Verified Renter This is a great community. I would gladly recommend to anyone who needs a quiet place to live. Staff are super friendly and my favorite is the maintenance team, responds promptly and always get the job done . Great place .

Verified Renter The staff is very friendly and reply back really fast. Everything was pretty much smooth sailing. The apartment complex is in a really good location. Also the apartment itself is really nice.
No Grills Management recently passed down a policy out of nowhere saying no more grills are allowed. Given that this is the summer time, it comes as a shock to everyone. On top of the property not being well maintained and dog poop everywhere outside. Would highly not recommend.
Verified Renter The complex is otherwise well maintained with a great front office in a great location. Close proximity to Fort Sill and MacArthur high school with the surrounding area being relatively safer than the rest of Lawton, this community is a great place to rent.

Verified Renter Overall my stay at the Flatts has been average. There have been many issues with my stay and a lot of maintenance needed for various reasons like the microwave, the oven thermometer needing fixed and being a safety issue, low water pressure due to misaligned shower spouts, and being out of a washer for almost a month.
