This place is an absolute nightmare, and the property manager, Angelique, is one of the rudest people I have met. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Dont't be fooled by the the newness of the apartments. They are poorly and cheaply built. Walls are paper thin and the property management is unprofessional and rude. You will get rude community emails from Angelique that make you feel like you're being treated like a child. The AC units are ineffective as one room will be super hot and another super cold, making it impossible to be comfortable. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS GREEDY UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMNT GROUP! You will be sorry that you ever signed a lease with this community. The management group is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. They are greedy, rude, and unprofessional. Don't be fooled by this place, you are not going to be happy and will want to leave soon after you move in.
Do not rent at this community. They violated my Fair Housing right upon moving in and have deflected and denied blame. The walls are paper thin and the property management team is the worst I have ever dealt with. The property manager Angelique treat tenants unprofessionally with rude emails and community notices. They raise you rent upon renewal and charge you the "one time" $200 amenities fee again. They also want 90-day notice and additional security deposit to match the increased rent. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
