When I came to tour the apartments at the Flats of Jenkintown, I was looking for a change, bright, well managed surroundings and I met Barb. From my first meeting with her, she was a ray of sunshine. She was professional, knowledgeable, patience and eager to help. I now have been living here since August 2024 and nothing has change, her smile will light up a room and she continually is willing to help in any way to make your home everything you wish it to be. BEWARE OF NEW CONSTRUCTION!! If you value your peace and quiet think twice!! I have never lived some place where the walls are so thin, and this is by no means my first apt. I pay a king's ransom only to have been jarred out of my sleep MULTIPLE times. The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbor think! And the footsteps....... It's like they're amplified. I feel like a prisoner here since you have to pay 8 -12k just to break your lease depending on your rent. I will avoid GALMAN GROUP properties at all cost in the futur... read more
Barbara, Angelique & Haley are the best leasing team out there! They are so kind and strive to make The Flats comfortable for all. They also host super nice and thought out events for the building!
