The building manager, Anjelique Johnson, is extraordinary. Capable, informative and very quick to help. The maintenance staff, led by Anthony, are also terrific. Any issue, however small, is addressed promptly and effectively.
I enjoy living at The Flats. The Leasing Management always responds to any of my requests promptly. The amenities are worth living here, from the gym to the other well-kept community areas within the building. The walk score for this location gets 100% from me, as shopping, restaurants, doctor's office and retailers from soup to nuts are within walking distance. For my wife and I the transition to the Flats from Lewes, DE has been a great experience. We owned a home in Lewes and as seniors helping out with our grandson here in PA, the Flats has been a great move. Good people and a first class facility are the hallmarks. I’m a gym rat so I love the workout rooms - they are perfect for me.
The flats apartments at Jenkintown, is a beautiful place to live and to call home. It's nice, clean, neat, quiet and well cared for. The residents are warm and friendly, likewise the pets. Thank you to the management team for making sure everything is organized and on point at the flats apartments. On the scale of 1 to 10, I will give it a 10 as, very satisfactory!
I have lived in the Flats for the past 18 months and have had a very positive experience. The staff are attentive to any issues, the common areas are always kept clean, and the amenities are exactly what I had hoped for. In general, my part of the building stays pretty quiet, especially at night, and the location is perfect for me; close to work, close to SEPTA, and walkable to local shops and restaurants.
