Great place to live, if you like: - The outside and inside halls to smell like poop, trash, and drugs constantly. People leave dog poop everywhere, the halls are never cleaned and stained with dog pee and smell of trash, poop, and weed. People smoke m*th nearby outside. - Your apartment sounding like it is inside a car engine. There is a 24/7, loud, bassy rumbling noise heard everywhere inside the unit.
