Went to tour an apartment and was very impressed with the quality and atmosphere of the building and rooms. From the beginning Camryn was very welcoming and attentive, she answered all our questions and concerns and was able to give us a tour of a few different floor plans and to help us figure out what we were looking for. The whole experience was great!

We lived here for a year in starting in 2024. Unfortunately, the walls were very thin, and we could regularly hear our neighbors, which made it difficult to enjoy a quiet living environment. There were also frequent disturbances in the parking lot, including people yelling late at night. Also, our car was broken into. We notified property management, but there were no security cameras or other measures in place that could help address or deter these types of incidents. Avanti needs to find a new hire for whatever position it is that Daphne currently holds. I called about a broken mailbox parcel and was given the options of myself or the leasing staff to wait and try to catch the post man or calling USPS to place a repair order for the parcel. Why would the property managers not be the ones to call in the repair for a structure on the property they are hired to manage?
