I enjoyed touring the complex and the staff was friendly. The only problem I had was that I seem to be short like one to two hundred dollars when it comes to double the rent and I don't understand why corporate would say I would have to have $64,000 in .assets in my bank, makes no sense. I would really like to make the flats my home so we shall see
Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND these apartments. The positive feedbacks on this property was from the prior property management company was the one in charge of this property. The new owners Avanti is not the best nor average with work ethics to helping, supporting and acknowledging residents and residents issues. These staffs are only there to collect a check and help the company to make sure they collect their rent as schedule without remorse to help anyone else
To the guy that thought it was funny that your dog was following me and my dog. Shame on you. I get that she is a good girl, but not all dogs get along with other dogs. Especially when my dog is a tiny little thing and gets overprotective. If my dog had snapped at yours and then yours at mine, I would have done anything in my power to protect my fur child. I Absolutely Do NOT Recommend Avanti Residential Avanti Residential has done nothing but completely mishandle my move-out and cause unnecessary financial and emotional stress. I lived at The Flats at Aero Park for a year. When it came time to move out, I went directly to the leasing office and followed every step I was given by the previous management. I was provided a move-out form and was explicitly told to turn it in before leaving, whether it was a month or even a day in advance. I complied fully and even coordinated my ... read more
The team at AeroPark are fantastic. Very helpful. Clean homes. Granite countertops. Beautiful cabinets. Deep tubs. We love our new home!
