Ongoing experience – will update My partner and I signed our lease here nearly two months ago and were very excited to move in this July, especially under the previous management. I had spent months checking reviews and updates, and while I started to get nervous with the change in management, we still moved forward, hopeful. I’m a tenant here and I don’t recommend anymore, since new management has come you can’t directly get in contact with anyone, even if you go to the office they’re barely there and they act like they dread helping you, getting your packages is a nightmare, because codes aren’t sent out promptly and you can’t get in contact with anyone, it’s only the onsite team that you can talk to for anything and management NEVER reaches back out to you, trash cost has went up to 25.00, & they barley collect the trash, my apartment has not ... read more
