I can save you some time Community manager, I don't plan on speaking to you regarding the issues. I'll be moved out by the time you even try. 1. Greystar taking over ruined this apartment complex 2. Staff that do not communicate well, we feel like we have to repeatedly speak to them for them to do their jobs, and will still get the runaround. 3. I lived in this building and had one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had as a renter. Our apartment developed severe mold and mildew issues that made the entire unit smell constantly damp and musty. The mold eventually contaminated so many of our belongings that we had to throw away a significant amount of furniture, clothing, and household items.
