It’s been two weeks that we moved into this cozy community. So far it’s been a pleasure living here. We did initially face some trouble with the apartment but the management/ maintenance team was on top with helping us. The community so far has been good, I love the environment here. It’s very calm, quiet and clean. You can easily walk your pets or by yourself as the community feels safe."
I used to really love living here. I just deleted my glowing review from two years ago to replace it with this one. Management switched hands. Both the ladies in the office left at the same time which seemed suspicious but I wasn't expecting everything to get bad so quickly. Loud disturbances at the pool late at night because of parties. My partner and I have been tenants here for nearly six months and, unfortunately, we are now counting down the days until our lease ends. When we first moved in, Ms. Deb and Ms. Diana from the previous leasing team were exceptional—responsive, professional, and attentive. Since their departure, the experience has drastically declined. I added a star to this review for Maintenance as they remained the one bright spot—always courteous and prompt.
