I can save you some time Community manager, I don't plan on speaking to you regarding the issues. I'll be moved out by the time you even try. 1. Greystar taking over ruined this apartment complex 2. Staff that do not communicate well, we feel like we have to repeatedly speak to them for them to do their jobs, and will still get the runaround. 3. I lived in this building and had one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had as a renter. Our apartment developed severe mold and mildew issues that made the entire unit smell constantly damp and musty. The mold eventually contaminated so many of our belongings that we had to throw away a significant amount of furniture, clothing, and household items. I would not recommend moving here due to staff and leasing office issues. Since moving in June 2025, I have been unable to access the resident portal because the leasing office never properly processed my application after my partner and I BOTH signed our lease. This basic administrative error has still not been resolved nine months later. I’ve made multiple trips to the leasing office and sent numerous follow-up emails, only to be told each time that the issue was “sent to IT.” Nothing ever gets fixed. We've had repeated roach infestations that never seemed to go away even after pest control. Every winter, we also get tons of ladybugs that somehow enter through gaps in the windows. The new management is fine apart from this. They usually deal with any non-pest related issues promptly. One thing management can't fix is the extremely thin walls/ceilings. The sound of my upstairs neighbors even walking is very audible.
