They say they are open on Saturdays but the office is locked, no one is answering the phones, and no one is in the leasing office. Today is not a holiday. I have packages that I desperately need access to but cannot get to because they haven’t sent me a code to get to it. Super frustrating. Waiting for a code for over 3 days so I can get time sensitive gifts and essentials. I’ve been renting this apartment since late May, and since day one I’ve been dealing with a roach infestation that has yet to be properly addressed. Despite multiple complaints and service requests, there has been no lasting solution. The treatments provided have been ineffective, and the issue persists — impacting my quality of life and overall comfort in my own home. This complex HAD great service, and was worthy of the 4 stars - until Greystar bought it this year. Since that time, it is impossible to get in touch with anyone at the office. No one answers the phone, no one calls you back, no one emails you back. I couldn’t even tell you the name of the current manager, we’ve had so many temps and managers quit since Greystar came in months ago. Maintenance is amazing, very responsive and helpful.
