I stayed in this building recently and my experience was honestly awful. My sister lived here, and I moved in temporarily to help her move out. They charge a $650 deposit, and even after I cleaned the entire unit thoroughly, the manager claimed I owed $440 for cleaning, $25 for dusting, and $65 for carpet cleaning — even though the apartment has hardwood floors.
