The food is exceptionally good and authentic german/ elsässische kitchen. Atmosphere is great, service friendly. The cheese Spaetzle are a must!

We just LOVE the Flamm...from the local beers to the delicious flammkuchen, the food and drink offerings always surprise and please! The wait staff is knowledgeable and thoughtful. Yes...we love this place!
