I had a great move-in experience with Flamingo. Jonathan, the on-site leasing manager is very kind and helpful (he might be grumpy occasionally on the phone, but that's because he is super busy, so be patient). The building is located close to the Promontory park which is great for a morning or evening walks and you can even go for a swim., it's very pleasant. I love Flamingo, great location and amenities! I just wish we had at least one parking spot near the building.

I spoke with a leasing agent about availability of a 2 bedroom that was showing available on their website. However, he told me that it wasn't available because it's still occupied and that I can pay to reserve it, but if the tenant doesn't move out, they will not give the application fee back even though it's their fault. They fraudulently list unavailable apts on their website to get you to apply and pay money. The also act clueless like they don't know why it's listed and when the tenant will actually move out.
