Terribly disappointing experience. A third of my order was missing after a 2-week delay. One item was out of stock, but instead of a refund, I was given store credit—forcing me to reorder. That’s unacceptable. I was offered "courtesy" 2-day shipping on the rest, but it’s not a favor to fix your own mistake. The attitude was shocking. I won’t be ordering again.

This was a great place to do wholesale pickup orders in the Georgia area. However, they were bought out by a larger company and are no longer doing pickups as of August 2025. The warehouse is moving its location from the state of Georgia to the state of Ohio. It's sad to see such a good company move so far away, which will require shipping costs. I bought a lot of supplies here.

I love the fragrance oils but the last two orders I noticed some of my oils were not filled correctly ordered 8oz and 16oz of fragrance oil some of my bottles were not filled properly and weighed under the 8oz and 16oz it’s frustrating I should be getting what I paid for.
