I’m extremely disappointed in the service I’ve received by this company. I made my 3rd purchase 2 1/2 weeks ago. After about the first week and a half I called and was told current processing times were 10-12 business days. I feel scammed because at the time of my purchase there was no information that there was going to be a delay in shipments do to a warehouse move. Zero transparency. If I could give no stars I would. I placed an order about 3 weeks ago and have not received my items yet!! They apparently have sold the company to Wholesale Supplies Plus and this has caused a delay in shipping. I think this should have been communicated from the very beginning in order to give customers the option to continue with their order or not.
Always loved this company’s quality products and fast shipping but my order was placed and paid for on August 21 and I still haven’t received an order confirmation. I plan on disputing the charge. I will not order from Flaming Candle again. If they couldn’t fulfill orders due to a warehouse move, then they should not have taken our money. Shady.
The fragrances are really nice but the upkeep on stock is not dependable. As well as them not posting that orders will be delayed on their site. My order is for new fragrances launching on the first of September. I would have ordered sooner but I was waiting on a fragrance to restock as told by a rep per email, which never stocked. I placed an order almost 2 weeks ago, still no order. No updates. Sent message Inquiring a few days ago, no response. Called today rep has no answer on delivery or shipping. She also stated that my order could not be cancelled. No supervisor to take the call. This is one company who no longer get my business!!
