Similar to what everyone else is saying, I ordered back in August and hadn’t gotten an update on my order in several weeks. I tried to email and call but never got a response so I emailed them a second time to say just to cancel the order because it’s now too late for the oils I needed. I placed an order mid August and it has not shipped. Ive tried contacting and just recieved a generic reply. I have 3 active orders with them, been a customer for a very long time and have gotten most of my supplies from here. They are not reliable and have left me in a bad spot. I rely on my suppliers as my shop is how I provide for my family and this is my busiest time of year and I am without products I need therefore it has hurt my business's growth. Ordered August 24 and was set for delivery September 15. Hasn't shipped and their email responses are vague and not helpful. No one can tell me when my orders will be shipping. They aren't offering customers refunds. This is unacceptable. Update following their response: I have emailed twice in two days with zero response. The warehouse move was completed weeks ago, yet my order hasn’t shipped yet. Fill my order!!!!
They don't answer the phone or respond to emails, they don't provide order information. How can a company have bad customer service? I need answers to my orders that I already paid for. Today is September 17th, and I haven't received my products or a response from you. You truly have terrible service. I definitely won't recommend you to anyone.
