Great light food I love the Flame Broiler's veggie bowl with brown rice. I eat at the Flame Broiler's by my work at least once a week, so when at home, I hit the Flame Broiler, too. Great "light" fast food, & if you mix the magic sauce with the hot sauce, it gives it a nice kick.
The Flame Broiler is Healthy! This is a great place for a healthy lunch..... especially with the brown rice option. Their "magic sauce" is delicious! There are a few locations in Fullerton also. Service is always good also.

Healthy and inexpensive If you are looking for a quick chicken or beef bowl, try Flame Broiler. They offer brown rice and steamed veges also. My kids love the "magic" sauce they serve. I think it's a combination of hot sauce and terriyaki.

The Flame Broiler Is a great little restaurant right by my school, and right on top of my bus stop i take to get home. This place has fast service, but you can tell the food is well prepared and with care. The small modern rice bowl house makes healthy and nutritious food a top priority, which is so important being built right next to a high school. It has also become a true hub for local discussion!
Healthy food The menu selections are simple but very healthy. Beef, chicken, or short ribs come with rice and a salad or steamed vegetables. The prices are pretty reasonable.
