These guys were great - we made an online request and they responded within 12 hours with all the information we needed to make a decision, including quotes for multiple items. They provided artwork within another 24 hours and shipped shortly thereafter (to Canada). We had our flags within about 10 days of coming up with the idea. Will definitely use them again.

I've been working with Jason. On the initial order I felt harassed to start the order. It took too many emails to get decent proofs from them. They accept no fault. You get what you pay for. Worst customer service I've received in along time. Overall a bad experience. Product was fair.
