I love this salon. It's very comfortable and welcoming to everyone. Billie always gives me awesome cut and color, been going there for years. I'm a customer for life.
Love this place, not only because of Billie but she's exceptional but the owner and staff are great. They all treat me and my dog amazing. Love it.
I made A hair appointment for my daughter before she went off to college and I gave three weeks notice and described my daughter's hair and exactly what she was going to be needing. Shame on you Ramiro (I had) full one length long hair when I walked in for a simple straight trim and face frame. I had told him how long it took me to grow out my hair from a previous hair cut and I specifically told him what I wanted done. I put all my trust in him!! You know you sit in his chair and it's not facing the mirror, had it been facing the mirror to watch what he was doing I would have immediately stopped him from destroying my hair!! I am getting married this weekend and needed a last minute hair cut. The salon I usually go to was booked and so I decided to book with the fixx! Billie did my haircut and she did a great job at listening to my concerns and walking me through what she was doing. I was very pleased with the end result and felt more relaxed when I left. Thank you Billie and the fixx! Def returning to this salon :)
