The store itself was nice but small. There wasn't a lot of selection. The lady who worked there wasn't really listening to our needs either (we wanted a specific finish that they didn't have). So we decided to order online through them. Big mistake. When we needed to make a return, they wanted to charge us a ridiculous restocking fee. So now we're stuck with a part that we can't use. They were completely useless. Would not recommend.
We remodeled our primary bathroom and we made much better product choices because of being able to shop at, and work with The Fixture Gallery. The staff, especially Kirsten and Jody, are fantastic. So ready to help with answering questions, offering suggestions. They were prompt with getting us information and quotes and their service was friendly and professional. Not a very good experience with the Salem store.I purchased a moen shower head over the phone it does not match any of our moen products in our house.the fixture was 300 dollars they will only give me 50 percent back for a restocking fee seems ridiculous.i was told it was a special order item and I’m pretty positive that it was not made just for me.l would not recommend this store to anyone
