Amazing customer service, quality of work, and turn around. I love supporting small shops as they really care about the work they do and Chris is great! They waterproofed my nice snowboarding pants (cordura) with a matching material but more importantly waterproofed the membrane from the inside!

1000% worth the wait! Can't even see where the tear was. [it WAS around my waist line IF you can see it] I would rate higher but google won't let me. Truly outdone themselves & blew away my expectations.
The fixed line is the best place to get gear or outdoor clothing repaired in Alaska. Chris has repaired/sewn many items for me and it always comes back perfect!
