I decided to break down and buy a new glass screen protector and a new case. I've done business with these guys quite a few times. I noticed my new screen was cracked and it was bad. I grabbed my receipt and had every intention on paying for a new one. He takes off the new screen, hands me 10 dollars and says have a nice day. What?? I said I'd like to get another one.
