Took my phone in to get fixed. All I needed was my screen to come back on. Four different people had my phone. They didn’t fix the problem, Josh did. But instead of HIM & only him fixing it. He gave it her, him, & they & my phone was given back to me worse than I sent it. It came on then went purple. & they took my phone case & never gave it back. But, I did get a refund so ig that’s a plus….. but they sent me to apple care
