Jun is absolutely amazing! This was the best facial I've ever received. She takes the time to explain every step of the process, which I really appreciated and found very helpful. Her expertise and attention to detail made the entire experience very relaxing and enjoyable. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional facial!
If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was one of the most unprofessional, unhygienic, and overpriced experiences I have ever witnessed. My friend had an important event to attend and booked a facial expecting professional care. Instead, she left feeling worse than when she arrived. Throughout the appointment, the staff seemed more focused on promoting and selling their products than on providing the service she had paid for. Had an amazing facial today with irina :) she made my skin truly glow!! it was so relaxing and nothing felt rushed, which was nice to feel like each step of the treatment was intentional and given the proper time to be effective. Loved it
I had such an incredible experience with Jun at Fox Facial. From the moment I walked in, she was so kind, and welcoming. Jun never made me feel rushed, and taught me so much about my skin with such care and expertise. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and truly cares about her clients.
