Overpriced and underwhelming. Was asked to come in about an hour early which was fine, but the whole thing felt rushed. I booked 2 hours but the aesthetician changed it to a 90 minute facial, and even then it ended several minutes early. I regularly get facials and this was way more expensive and less effective than others I’m used to. I was surprised that for a place that advertises itself as luxurious, the bathroom is the same as their laundry room, and the laundry hamper was overflowing - yuck. Won’t be going back.
Highly recommend Angie and the Fix. I chose the 90 minute facial, which was truly transformative. I appreciated Angie’s expertise and recommendations to simplify my skin routine. I will travel to Toronto just to come back here!
I had the fix facial with Angie, while it was a nice facial, quality products used and had a facial massage, I felt for $250 (closer to $300 with a tip) that there should be some sort of massage during the mask, I was left in the room for ~30 minutes with the mask on. Most spas would do a shoulder, foot, hand massage during this time. I was a bit disappointed in that. Overall a good facial but I think too expensive for what you get.
I visited the FIX facial bar for the first time yesterday! Firstly, I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to share my experience! I went with the Fix Facial with Jun Mukasa and I’m so glad to have discovered both Jun and this studio! I’m very glad particular about who I go to and Jun ticked all the boxes and I look forward to adding this facial to my routine every few months! The post facial glow is priceless!
I had today one of the best facials with Angie.The facial was The Ultimate Fix Facial for 2hrs ,it was very relaxing and the results are amazing ! I'm very happy ,my skin is very glowing ,hydrated,smooth and beautiful, even my husband asked me of I did something on my face The most I like it was the massage,that sculpt your face,and the cold therapy
