The apartments are poorly built!! Foundation is literally falling !! INFESTED WITH RATS
Very roach infested. Also very rude. Sometimes you just want to understand things and want a clear explanation of what you’re paying for. Needless to say they lack basic communication skills to give you that. I’ve had to go corporate level and get legal advice just to simply understand basic knowledge things. For any young adults that are looking to stay here.. everything that glitters isn’t gold!
This apartment complex is in extremely poor condition. There are persistent issues with cockroaches, rats, and unauthorized individuals entering the property and attempting to open vehicles. The environment feels unsafe and poorly managed.Despite these serious problems, the management charges an excessively high early‑termination fee, which is unreasonable considering the state of the property. I do not recommend living here.
Living in this apartment complex was a “wonderful” experience, if you enjoy cockroaches, rats, and random people walking around opening car doors to see what they can steal. Security is basically nonexistent, and the place looks awful.And the best part? They charge a huge early move‑out fee, as if the place were luxury living instead of a nightmare. Truly unbelievable, don't come here.
