I have been living since 1 year. The office staff are very professional. Maintenance staff are prompt at request. I like to renew my lease for next year. I am editing this post because I have been having a problem of bugs(way too many that can easily ruin your mood on daily basis. A month ago I complained, and pest control guys treated the apartment. Maintenance put new sealing pads under the door. But, these bugs made colonies inside the front wall and finding one or other way to enter into the house. They come in hundreds ... read more
They do not answer their Emergency Maintenance Line when you have an Emergency Maintenance need. Pool is never open. Cockroaches everywhere even if you are clean. Trash pickup is inconsistent. People don't pickup after their dogs. Leasing office does not respond to emails in a timely manner. If I could give zero stars, I would.
