I lived in the Fitz for almost 8 years and it was a great chapter of my life. Management was the same the entire time, the building is cleaned and maintained every day, and it's a real hidden gem in an area of Tampa with a lot of options. The building was opened in 2017 and some people have lived there since the beginning which is a testament to how great the experience is there. Thanks for everything!

We have been living at the Fitzgerald for close to two years now. It's been the best place we've lived in, and that's because of the management team. The team in the building is proactive, responsive and professional. Communication is always great, and clear. They take great care of the building and maintain all the facilities, and keep them in great condition. Anything that required maintenance within our unit was done super quickly. My son lived at The Fitzgerald for a few years When we would visit when we were in town we would stay with him Our experience as well as his was wonderful The building both inside and out was maintained well and always clean The staff was friendly and always accommodating Its proximity to bars, restaurants and grocery shopping was great All were walkable We can’t say enough about our experience with The Fitzgerald As a resident, my son felt the same

My husband and I moved in recently and we have had an amazing experience so far. Lynn has been wonderful and welcoming from the start. We recently had an issue with our washer and Jose fixed it promptly. The entire staff here is very professional and nice. Living here so far has been very pleasant experience!
