I have lived here for over a year and a half. I have to tell you it’s been just a dream. The Fitzgerald being conveniently located to all places I have had the opportunity to venture out in the local area. The scene in Tampa is only growing especially in Ybor, Water St, Hyde Park…etc. It’s pretty exciting to know that I’ll be apart of it in some small way. And The Fitzgerald is the perfect home to give me the freedom to explore a new city. I have loved every minute of it!! Thanks!

I've had a wonderful experience dealing with Hisham. I had contacted several apartments around Tampa and had some really painful conversations, until I called up Hisham. I couldn't be more helpful and I can't wait to finally move in next month!!

I loved living here and the only reason I left was covid. We LOVED the amenities, and walking to the grocery was still awesome even in the heat. Basically it wasn't too far to "catch some AC" before sweating profusely. I had a beach cart that we would take shopping. On one side is Duckweed which was way different when I lived there, but still super cool.
