I’ve had an ongoing issue with the leasing office staff at this property, and unfortunately the experience has been consistently unprofessional. The leasing agents are often rude, dismissive, and selective about which residents they choose to help or treat with basic respect. There is little to no accountability when concerns are raised, and communication frequently comes across as condescending rather than helpful. Maintenance ROCKS! Jonathan was in and out with something I was worried would be a tough fix. He was communicative, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Couldn’t have been better.
I walked in and took a peek and liked what I saw and the ladies in the office were definitely a delight…
Friendly and knew how to fix the issue and cleaned up after his work was done.
