Johnny did an amazing job! He was super respectful, polite and HARD WORKING! Give him a raise. He was quick to respond to the issue our kitchen light fixture fell out of the ceiling. He was quick to fix the issue and now we have better and brighter lights!!! Amazing Maitnence man!!!
Johnny in maintenance always shows up to fix things in a timely manner, communicates effectively about when he will be there, gets things fixed up and double checks that everything was completed. If he’s not able to fix something he follows up with who he needs to in order to get it taken care of. I’m living in one of the not updated apartments units so things are older and definitely not as nice as the pictures of the updated units , so there’s definitely things that could be nicer but overall I love living here.
