I asked for a 2 bedroom not available then to see a one she gave me a paper and pretty much sent me on my way. Make me feel the need to stay but I wont be back

I'm a previous tenant. A package had been misdelivered to an old address. The shipper admitted fault, but the package was delivered regardless, so they were unable to assist me in recovering the valuable package. Over the course of a week and a half, I called this office 6 times and left three messages. Only once did an employee pick up, but they stated they couldn't assist me due to "busyness" and informed me that "if they had a chance", they'd get back to me.
