Good stuff! Lee was really helpful sorting out a little bit of hand pain/numbness I was having. It’s totally gone away since the fitting and she made some counterintuitive (to me) adjustments that I would not have arrived at on my own. Really appreciate the emailed numbers / measurements after the appointment too. Thank you!!
Lee is awesome! I went to see Lee a month before STP to get my fit dialed in. She did a great job working with me to find a good fit, and also gave me some tips on foot positioning and making sure I was able to be in the most comfortable and effective bike positioning. Throughout the fitting Lee was very easy-going and her knowledge as a PT meant the process was also very informative. Lee changed my life. She identified that the cranks on my bike were too long and causing me hip pain. After she fitted the rest of my bike and shortened my cranks my hip pain went away. I'm now riding pain free and it's amazing. I'm grateful that I found Lee and her brilliant idea to combine physical therapy with bike fitting.
I had a bike fit with Lee a couple of months ago, and it was great. I've had a few fits in the local area, and she was by far the best. Her skills as a physical therapist and fitter make an ideal combination. I feel better on my bike all around; more grounded and comfortable on the saddle, post-ride neck discomfort is gone, and I just feel more connected to my bike while riding. Lee was very knowledgeable and thorough in our fitting! She took time to explain the rationale and options for every adjustment, and accounted for my budget when deciding on equipment changes.
