Lee changed my life. She identified that the cranks on my bike were too long and causing me hip pain. After she fitted the rest of my bike and shortened my cranks my hip pain went away. I'm now riding pain free and it's amazing. I'm grateful that I found Lee and her brilliant idea to combine physical therapy with bike fitting.
I had a bike fit with Lee a couple of months ago, and it was great. I've had a few fits in the local area, and she was by far the best. Her skills as a physical therapist and fitter make an ideal combination. I feel better on my bike all around; more grounded and comfortable on the saddle, post-ride neck discomfort is gone, and I just feel more connected to my bike while riding. Lee was very knowledgeable and thorough in our fitting! She took time to explain the rationale and options for every adjustment, and accounted for my budget when deciding on equipment changes.
I highly recommend Lee & The Fitting Room! She listened to my needs and made adjustments according to my goals. My adjustments may have seemed minor but made a huge difference in the saddle. I feel like I can ride with no pain. A great investment!
Lee provided a great service! Not only did the fit make me feel better while cycling she also took the time to answer my questions about why she was doing things. I am a beginner and I feel the education I got on top of that helped ease over the initial new-ness of the fit. Which ultimately ended up feeling much better after a couple weeks. I'll definitely go back! I also never felt pressured to purchase any new gear even though we tried different seats.
