I've been working out here for over a year. Its not everyone cup of tea. It's not a planet fitness with polished machines and weights that no one has lifted yet. This is a gym for people who are serious about their fitness and enjoy a more primal approach. It's never too packed but even when it's full everyone is business like. No one is sitting around hogging machines talking on their phones. Everyone who lifts here is nice I've never had a problem working in between sets. One of the best gyms in town... To be able to workout in peace without the hassle of big crowds is priceless. I don't know how they do it but this gym is never crowded, good enough equipment, clean, awesome low lighting atmosphere. Been going to this gym off and on for about 10 years and nothing ever changes and the only reason I stopped going was because of moving further away.
