Lydia and her staff of amazing instructors are inspiring! Such a great variety of classes with supportive and personable instructors. I have been a member for over 2 1/2 years and I still love walking through the doors either for one of my regular classes or to try something new. A regular gym never interested me - but this place is truly special. Thank you, Lydia!
Hands down the best Gym I've ever been too! The classes are so fun and keep me motivated. Instructors have such high energy and the place is super clean! Everyone is so kind and the staff truly cares about you and your goals. Out of 5 stars I give 100. I have never actually wanted to go to the gym before I joined the fitness rave!
Went for the first time and loved it! Definitely going back!
