I have been member at Fitness Club for over 18 years, starting from Fitness Evolution to now Fitness Club. The staff at Fitness Club are beyond words to express, they make me feel as if I am their family and is the reason I am still a member. The staff, starting from Sandra and the rest are receptive to idea and ready to fix for anything that goes wrong in the club. Allow me to congratulate every staff at the club for the outstanding job they are doing.
Run down gym, with very little maintenance and limited operational hours. Very little customer service & few amenities for the money. Extremely limited class selection, and no discounts if classes are not taken. Save your money and either go to a more affordable gym or one that includes more locations.
I was a member twice. About a year each time. When I left the first time, it was because my rate of $20/month rose to $30/month because of new ownership and I didn’t catch it until months later. Whoever signed me up entered my email wrong so I never got the notice. I got tired of Planet Fitness so I came back. I cancelled this time because I was moving a week later, but they made me pay for the following month and the annual fee for the following year, even though I’m moving. The Club has been a pretty good spot for me. Every time I go in, it’s clean—not perfect, just not a mess like some gyms. The equipment works fine, and the staff are friendly without being fake. Honestly, I haven’t really had any issues so far.
