Recently closed due to rent failure, owner doesn’t return payments people have made for the year, very unprofessional.
One of my favourite places to train within the GTA. Mike is a gem and is Hall of Fame in my eyes. “Long, Live The Old School Gym.” Great facility, equipment and even better people. I can’t say enough nice things about this place. It is truly home and wish I lived closer. Much blessings to the entire family.
One of the greatest environments you could ask for in a gym. Everyone is amazing, very old school vibe, and all the machines you could ask for. Mike himself is an amazing personal trainer and does a great job at keep everyone respectful & everything organized.
Mike is hands down a great human. You can tell he loves what he does. Makes this gym feel like a home. The gym has loads of equipment and a lot of character. Great spot to make your home base
