Kettlebell & Co was truly a highlight of my time in Denver! The workout programs are thoughtfully planned and effective. My kettlebell skills improved tremendously with Leandra & crew’s coaching over the past few years. I’d be remiss not to mention how kettlebell & co’s community really makes this gym a special place. Going to class was always something I looked forward to. I’ll miss them a lot!
Leandra and her team have built a wonderful community and an amazing gym. I was looking for ways to make working out fun and challenging again, and KB&Co delivered! I wasn’t really into group classes before I joined, but the small size and independent format has ended up being one of my favorite parts about working out here. Absolute BEASTS! Leandra and Co are the kindest, strongest, kettlebell loving community I've ever seen, and it's a delight to get stronger with them!
Joined this gym while living in Denver short term and I wish I could transport it with me! It was such a great vibe. The owner is super helpful and knowledgable and the programming is awesome. Really challenging but enjoyable classes - they have different formats throughout the week so you can choose what works best for you. The community at this gym is awesome - many people who have been coming for many years and everyone is kind and fun. Highly recommend!
